The BunnyBot Scrimmage is an annual event giving local teams a chance to build FIRST-style robots in the fall. It’s a great way for new members to come up to speed on the skills involved.
The Scrimmage is held the last day of school before Winter Break, Dec 19th, from 3:00pm-6:00pm at Catlin Gabel School in Portland. A map and directions are here. The scrimmage is held in Indoor Tennis Court 1. Robots can be dropped off in the parking area in front of the Gym. Parking is in the main parking lot, though.
If you are going to take part in this year’s scrimmage, let Dale Yocum of Catlin Gabel Team 1540 know. That way you’ll get Email updates to the rules and such. Email him at dale (at) yocum (dot) com.

Plans for the Teeter Totter are done in Google SketchUp. Download a free copy of SketchUp here. If you’re not going to worry about the Teeter Totter portion of the challenge for your robot then there’s no reason to build one. Otherwise, get the 3D drawing below:
